I have started new business of export/import recently, in my very first transaction I got problem with my supplier, I bought material from this UK based firm to export to India, We agreed on price and paid full amount in advance, material was loaded from Belgium by supplier on FOB basis, when material arrived in India my client found wrong material which we did not ordered. Now material is different then ordered and no value.
I would like to know if I get any help as i have complaint to this supplier by mail and try to phone but they are not replying or coming over the phone, They have committed fraud and cheated us.
