Which of the ex soviet countries are more open to pharmaceutical imports?

We are a new startup pharmaceutical company looking to export generic drugs from the UK to ex soviet countries.

We have been looking at Belarus’ Georgia and Kazakhstan as possible target countries .

Were looking for a country with the least resistance to pharma imports from the UK.

If anyone has any experience or knowledge in that part of the world we would grateful to hear from you.
