What’s the best approach for selling online services to the US / Canada / Australia

Hi all, I have been recently expanding my connections to my targets in the US, Canada and Australia, to sell them online services.

As they are different markets to the UK, I´m somewhat concerned about the way to approach them on an email or over the phone (if that is possible due to the time difference..).

I have heard that the US is a far more aggressive market than the UK, and I would like to know more about how to send a first information or promotional email to my new connections in the US.

Could you give some advice on to this?
