What is the VAT Payable for a UAE customer for a delivery in Italy?

We have a customer in UAE who we are invoicing for a consignment. They have asked us to deliver the goods to a company in Italy (their customer). Do we have to charge them a VAT? The Italian company is a VAT registered company

If you are invoicing your customer in UAE there is no need to charge any vat as they are outside eu.
If you need any help with shipping your goods to Italy we run a weekly trailer service
from uk – Italy.As well as air freight
