Answer

Hi Brian

Many thanks for your interest in the webinar we animated, and for your question.

Typically, we have noticed that many retailers, dealers, agents and distributors alike work regionally across the US, with typical regions such as the Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, West and Midwest. A national exclusivity is quite rare, given the size and the difference you’ll face in the market.
In Canada, you can allocate a similar exclusivity per province, which you can then extend to the entire country, depending on your sector.

Please feel free to contact me by email: p.boesinger@altios-international.com.
I’d be glad to discuss your project.
