What do we need to export organic products from the UK to the U.S. market?
We are a business that is selling products (cosmetics and herbal teas) that are organic certified to the EU regulatory standards and want to export to the U.S. market.
We have read that there is an equivalency agreement between U.S. and EU. Does that mean we can just sell our products as organic in the U.S. and use the USDA logo or is there anything else we need to do beforehand?
We have read something about an import certificate that needs to travel with our products, is that correct? And where do we get it?
