What can be done to reassure prospective EU customers?
With so much uncertainty with how things with pan out, I’ve found prospective EU customers seem to be more reserved when looking at our offering. Is anything being done to reassure them that business with the UK is worthwhile?

There were some pointers in my presentation about this, including working on your internal processes and on your financial credentials, as well as liaising with your bank about positioning yourself best in terms of payment options for your customers. as a follow up from the webinar, we are working on a checklist for businesses which you may find useful. Also it would be worth you contacting Enterprise Europe Network and the Department for International Trade in Wales to be connected to an international trade adviser who can work directly with you on this.
