Finding distributors and customers in Germany is fairly straight forward but it would be a paid activity rather than merely a "question and answer". Knowledge or the German market, Language and Culture is really important. My friend Dr Chris Thomas or Milton Contact specialises in developing Anglo-German business relationships and would be ideal to take on this type of work.
I do have a rather fundamental question though. Most LED lighting is manufactured in China and German trade links with China are far better than those between the UK and China. Why would a German company import LED lighting from the UK rather than directly from China ?
