Using VoIP in various countries
Question
I am trying to find out the legal restrictions in using VoIP in the below countries, any guidance would be most appreciated for a starting point
Australia
Brunei
China
India
Indonesia
Malaysia
New Zealand
Singapore
Am also seeking a list of countries that a company specialising in VoIP could provide to.

Hi Stuart, have you thought of looking at one of the bigger providers such as Skype, to see whether they opperate in all the jurisdictions you are enquiring about, and also whether they mention any legal restrictions on their website? I realise this may be quite long winded, and you may have already done it, but its probably a good place to start. Hope this helps Mike
