I run our training division and want to expand our footprint and deliver our courses in the middle east. I’ve had a request from an intermediary in the middle to partner so we can deliver courses to their clients.
Is this straight forward ie agree terms, deliver courses via them and invoice as you would in the UK?
I ask as I don’t want to have to set up a new company locally to the client and go through a whole load of red tape in order to be able to deliver. I do however believe that we do have to use an intermediary and are not allowed to deliver courses direct?
