T1 exports to France
Question
Hi, we’re exporting IPR goods to France on a permanent basis under T1, CPC 3151000. It is an IPR transfer to France IPR authorisation.
Our freight forwarder advises us that an export entry declaration is not required for T1 exports, and only the T1 document applies.
Is this correct?
