Not sure if I’m pointing out something you already know but if you are looking for places with an exciting Startup scene Finland and Helsinki ranks up there with best in Europe.
One of the biggest Startup events in Northern Europe www.slush.org next month would be a great place for you to meet potential customers.
Another source well worth examining is www.arcticstartup.com – they have a listing of upcoming events as well as a membership directory – of tech. Startups in the region.
Perhaps this is old news for you if not hen definitely worth checking out.
