Italian Royalty Withholding Tax

Question

Our Company recently had an amount for royalties remitted but this suffered Italian withholding tax which I have been told can be reclaimed.

Can anyone assist with how this can be reclaimed?

We have sent a form into the Italian tax authorities to try to get it back but have heard nothing.
