Is there any information available at all on CE Marking after Brexit?

hi Wendy
no there isn’t, but because the UK will adopt the Great repeal act, EU legislation including CE marking requirements will remain compulsory for UK businesses until and if the UK parliament produces and vote another text. Also CE marking in the EU will remain valid and operational for the other 27 EU countries, and it is expected that UK businesses will still have to comply with CE marking legislation in order to sell UK products in EU member states.
