Is export of used oil for refining allowed from UK? What taxes or licenses will I need to have or pay?

I am wondering if anybody can help me with this? I am looking to find out if we are allowed to export used oil from UK for refining? And if so, what’s the taxes, licences and any link that can provide more info will be very much appreciated.
