How do you join European Enterprise Network?

In a recent response the folowing was recommended.
European Enterprise Network website, after registering you can search through partnership requires by each sector etc.

There is a members login on the site. How do you join & is it a chargeable service?
Answer
go to http://portal.enterprise-europe-network.ec.europa.eu/about/branches
pick your country and then your location within the country, then depending on the region you select there maybe a seperate website you can go to and register with
for example the specific London site would be
http://www.een-london.co.uk/lnx/
I see your in "S6" Sheffield? so your regional site would be
http://www.ee-yorkshire.com/
