Exporting sheep and goat – what export health certificate do I need?

Hi!
I am having trouble finding anything on exporting to the USA sheep and goat germplasm. I shouldn’t say anything, more that I cannot find whether an export health certificate is needed. It is needed on the USA end, however that is in place already. So, is there no need for it? Or are we not exporting genetics of sheep and goats to the USA? And if not, can someone tell me why?
