EORI – is there any other way to accelerate import to export

Hi, IntelliQA is a UK company that is developing an innovative solution for automated testing in the payments industry. We have a Swiss partner and a good potential export market. Our Swiss partner manufactures a robot that we have been prototyping with earlier this week. It is currently stuck in customs because we didn’t know that we needed an EORI (our fault). We have now applied and sent HMRC a request to prioritise. We have an appointment in Holland on Monday to demo, is there a way to accelerate other than what we have done?

The potential market is acquirers and retailers that need to do PoS testing. Worldpay has bought so far. I had an enquiry from Australia yesterday. The company in Holland (UL) could help open up a global market.
