Distributor warranty obligations
I am looking for a good place to find out the exact warranty obligations that distributors have B2B & B2C when selling online in Europe (irrigation equipment), i.e if the client is not there when goods arrive, if client wants to return goods, if faulty, do obligations differ B2B & B2C and if they are obliged to or arrange for disposal of packaging in Germany for example.
