Delivering Recruitment in India
My company have recently worked with a global organisation to recruit a number of Indian nationals into their Indian entity in Bangalore.
They have now asked me to provide them with a PAN Card, Form 10F, TRC Certificate and Permanent Establishment Declaration to avoid WHT.
Does anyone know if all of these documents are required from a UK based company? The PAN card and Form 10F look like they should be provided by the candidates?
If anyone can provide any guidance it would be very much appreciated.
