can i import foodstuffs into the uk

Question

Am i able to take produce from my own farm in Jamaica & transport the produce to the UK?

Can i do this using with my business being registered in the UK?

If yes what is required from myself here in the UK & my farm in Jamaica?

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated
