Agent Commission in English Language Travel industry

Question

Hi,
I will need to use country based agents in the English Language Travel industry as a route to market for my General English Language courses. Whilst I expect commission payable to be negotiable, it would be helpful to understand please if there is a general market rate for commission for this industry and if so what is it and is it country specific?
