I haven’t looked extensively but services to populate multiple marketplaces with your products came back as:

http://www.sitegiant.my/marketplace-sync/
There may be others and you’ll need to check that it links to the sites you want to list your products on. Sites like Alibaba have their own product upload (Excel format).
