We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information or location based information. This does however include your name, job title, email, phone number, address, and post code.

Why we need it

We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with support for your completion of the action plan and to invite you to the next round of the competition, which is the showcase final. We will not collect any personal data from you which we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

What we do with it

All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union.

We will also ask if you would like your data to be shared with the following 3rd parties: Global Trade Review.

We will ask if you’d like your data to be shared with Global Trade Review because they are the competition sponsors and also because they are the hosts of the competition final, which is taking place at the UK Export & Trade Finance Conference in June 2018. As such they may want to update you about the conference and their future upcoming activities.

No other 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.

How long we keep it

We will keep your data as per the overall data policy for use of our website. We will use this data for marketing purposes until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. Should you wish to delete your data from our site, please contact us at [email protected]

We would however like to use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. This information is not shared with third parties unless requested via a separate opt-in.

You can unsubscribe at any time via phone, email or our website.

What are your rights?
