How did you find the using the Export Action Plan tool and what impact did it have on your business?
We found out about the tool via a local Business Support Organisation: Exportt. The tool helped up to concretise our export plans and be more strategic with their execution

Being a finalist has brought international exposure to For The Record Ltd and has made the possibility of exporting more realistic for us.

What three tips would you give to other MSMEs looking to enter international trade?
- Focus on developing your product to an international standard
- Reach out to and learn from other SMEs that have walked this path before you – their advice and experience is invaluable
- Develop a relationship with your local export agency to get guidance and advice
