Where are you now with your exporting plans?

We are a Radiology Information System (RIS) supplier: we design, build, develop and manufacture RIS software. We do not currently export. We only sell in the UK at the moment.

How has the Action Plan helped Soliton IT?

When we received the email with the export tool in Jan we looked at it and didn’t consider it for a couple of weeks, but when we got round to filling it out it really made the whole project a lot more manageable. We then looked at our exports further and the tool really accelerated the project of starting to export. It quantified and documented the plans we were then discussing.

And how have you found the experience of the competition today?

Very good – a real mixed bag of individuals and sectors and we’ve found the pitches really diverse and interesting.
