What does your company do at the moment and what’s next?

Market Cross provides nuclear safety services in the form of qualified and experienced nuclear consultants, health and safety consultants, project managers, safety case writers, quality assessors, safety trainers, operators and engineers. These services are provided within a wide variety of sectors including nuclear new build, decommissioning, defence, home office and oil and gas.

We are a Democratic Social Enterprise and we plan to use our unique business model as a catalyst for our export programme. We plan to grow worldwide and in doing so improve on our ability to provide nuclear safety services of the highest possible quality at the lowest possible cost.

How are the exports going?

So far we have exported radiological advice and radon monitoring materials to northern Sweden.

How has the Export Action Plan helped with your exports?

It helped us to focus on some issues we hadn’t yet considered.

How have you found the experience of the final today?

It’s been a great experience.
