DIT Cuba events this autumn

CEOG – Cuba Energy Oil and Gas

CEOG will take place from 27-29 September 2017 in Melia Cohiba Hotel, Havana. The Conference will debate the business opportunities of oil and gas sector on exploration, services and technology, including midstream and downstream projects in Cuba. A timely meeting for policy  and decision makers as well as global investors. The event program is being developed in close consultation with CUPET (Cuban Oil company) who will lead key sessions in the conference alongside industry leaders and global experts from around the world. The event is supported by DIT office in Havana and Cupet with the main organiser Global Event Partners.

Havana International Trade Fair (FIHAV)

FIHAV will take place from 30 October-3 November, 2017 in Expocuba venue, Havana. FIHAV is the largest trade and cultural show attracting more than 200,000 business visitors and it is the most important exhibition for companies doing or willing to do business in Cuba. UK pavilion will have a 200 sq meters area this year and  will host a “Back to Business International” event with a satellite panel on Financial services and Fin-tech. This event is organised by Palco and Fira Barcelona and the UK pavilion will be coordinated by DIT office in Havana.

Cuba Biopharmaceutical Forum

This Forum will take place from 21st – 24th November, 2017 in Melia Cohiba Hotel, Havana. Attendees will be able to gain valuable knowledge of the local industry and business opportunities in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical sector through workshops, keynote presentations during three days. Participants will also be able to do field trips to Mariel Special Development Zone (ZEDM) and other production facilities. The event is supported by DIT office in Havana and Biocubafarma with the main organiser IRN.
