We’re delighted to announce that The British Library Business & IP Centre are on board as supporters of the Export Action Plan competition this autumn. Companies have until September 29 to enter their plans for Brexit to the competition for the chance to win £3000 and more prizes.
As part of their support, the British Library Business & IP Centre are donating three hours of customised research, using its world-class global intellectual property and business databases, to the winner and two runners up.
The British Library Business & IP Centre and its national network has a track record in supporting people to start up and scale up successful businesses. The heart of the service is the Library’s world-class business and intellectual property collections and expertise, complemented by a wide range of practical workshops, networking events and 1:1 advice.
Other prizes in the package
As well as the support offered by the British library, the winner will also win £3000 cash, thanks to our sponsors (including Bibby Financial Services), as well as 2 half day strategy sessions with Thrive Digital worth up to £1000, and 2 training courses with the Institute of Export & International Trade.
Each of the finalists will also get a free small business membership with the Institute. More prizes will be announced during the autumn so make sure to keep looking at our prizes page.
Ongoing relationship with the British Library
We’re thrilled to be working with the British Library again having previously collaborated with them on the market research webinar we ran last year.
We are very confident that the winners of the research support will benefit greatly.
