GREAT Move for Industrial Design Consultancy

Jones Garrard Move is an Industrial Design Consultancy firm specialising in building brands for transport businesses. The company applied to attend the UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) GREAT Week South Korea to further their export potential along with 45 other companies.

Michael Rodber, Director, represented the company in South Korea and was “delighted to have appointments with Hyundai and will be making a major presentation to Rotem, in May. My objective was to explore opportunities with these businesses.” Attending the GREAT Week Michael had the opportunity to meet a “potentially good agent”, who he is now in negotiations with, and attend a “very interesting presentation by the marketing representative for Samsung ad agency.”

Throughout the trip Michael described UKTI support as “excellent”. In summary, Michael commented it was a “very professional and well organised event. I met representatives from two businesses with potential opportunities and a potentially useful Korean agent, and I could not ask for more at this juncture.”
