This is a double deck stand design with a stage show and product demonstration areas. We designed this stand to fill not just the the floor space, but air space as well.

Alpine have a great reputation in the In Car Entertainment world. As a designer this was a dream job.
“Stuart, do what you like, but make it look superb.”
We tried!

This stand had so much audio and visual equipment that it required pre-made wiring looms that were installed as we built the structure.

GHD

GHD put on a show at Salon International.

Exhibition or stage show? Who knows, but it was big loud and a lot of fun. This was experiential marketing meets exhibition by Stuart Hookway and Kim Gavin.

New concept for trade show. No products on show.

It takes a big dollop of confidence to attend a trade show and decide that you are not going to give the visitors even a sniff of your products. None on show! Not even a photo.
That is what Propaganda advertising proposed for the GHD stand at Salon International.
They asked two designers to lead two teams to make one experiential event. Yes this was at an exhibition, but this was the first of our collaborations to make GHD a lifestyle choice.
I was responsible for the structure and Kim Gavin put on the show.
This was a three day build which involved over 150 people. If there is a trade associated with events we used them.

EXHIBITION STAND GRAPHICS
Using graphics for impact on exhibitions.

If you have a small exhibition booth, go for reusable graphics and displays. Spend your budget on what counts. Do less and do it right.

If you can’t spend on construction, then spend on keeping a high finish with great graphics.
Even with a big build the graphics have to be spot on. H3D will spend time with you and your graphic designer to make sure this is right. Or you can use our own specialist graphic designers.

Vinyl lettering, cut out logos, large print graphics. Mix these with great graphic design and good lighting for an exhibition stand that looks fantastic. If you don’t do anything else, make sure this bit is right. Then we can build around your images to a high standard.

Modular exhibition system for Resilience Comms at DSEi London.
This was one of the smallest budgets per square metre I have ever been given, but all of us involved in the project are very proud of the result. Everyone from Al Keir (the owner of Resilience) to friends who just turned up to help were excellent.

A carpet - A store room - A 4m graphic wall - A desk for computers.
A stand couldn’t really have much less, but does it need more?
Not in the case of Millennium Software stand at Salon International and Professional Beauty.
Stuart Hookway has worked with The PH Group for the last 3 years to help increase the profile of the lines they represent. They are the UK distributers for several products in the hair and beauty industry and to date we have produced exhibitions for Millennium and also Keune.

These days budgets are tight, so why not, like PH Group, keep it simple and effective.
