Question posted by MICHAEL HARDY, on behalf of STONE'S THROW IMPORT & EXPORT in DA1

We are looking to start up to act as principal agents to those wishing to import and export products and innovations that are Green, Clean and Friendly.

Should ANYONE have any helpful hints or tips with regards to funding, training, where to start, where to research - which markets to go for - or feel like we could work together, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Thanks!

Michael,
When you are ready to start exploring potential markets, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Our company helps businesses and brands explore, enter and be successful in the US market. The "Green, Clean and Friendly" ethos is generally well-accepted in America, and there are specific market categories that are good "fits" for the US, and experiencing strong growth.

Wishing you much success!

Michael,

You may find it useful to join your local chamber of commerce and also get in contact with your local UK Trade and Investment team. They both have lots of support available to help exporters and will be able to direct you to other useful services and resources.

Michael

Have you come across Exporting Made Easy? It's a book that has plenty of information that you might find useful. There is an ebook as well as a hard copy and you can find out more and buy a copy at www.exporting-made-easy.com - or on Amazon.

Good luck with the new venture

Sarah
