Looking for new import / export opportunities

Question posted by Anjum Shahzad, on behalf of MASE Wholesale distributors in London

I work as an alternative therapist by trade in the uk. On the side I have been importing therapeutic equipment from china that relates to my line of work.
I am looking for new opportunities in import and export.
I'm in very early stages.
I have family in Pakistan and I am interested in importing goods to the uk. I want to know is there a way I can find out what the most viable and profitable items I can import.
I'd like to know how to get in touch with suppliers and then who to sell these products to in the uk

I hope you can point me in the right direction.
Right now all I have is the eagerness to get into import and export and need to be pointed in the right direction.
