I guess that depends on what you mean as register?
For example you don’t need to have a physically presence, bank account etc in order to register as an importer. The USA has a good system for foreign importers and it’s not too complicated at all. Some of your products would likely need FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approval / clearance and this would need some forward thinking on your part.
