I was going to say. I suggest finding a local (UK based) partner whom you can trust and work with and who has a native network of partners across India with contacts in both government and business. Local and native is very important to get in to the culture and way of doing business, as you can imagine, and finding that native partner is risky and time consuming.

For lists of UKTI approved partners I suggest looking on their website. It is hard to find, but tends to be under B2B, otherwise do your ususal searches.
