I want to supply fish and vegetables to UK market

Question posted by Martin Ochieng, on behalf of DDN in RG30

I have started a business here in the UK to import fresh agricultural produce and fish from Kenya into the UK market. Where do I start? How do I contact supermarkets (Tesco, Asda, etc) small businesses, corner shops, groceries, wholesalers and other retailers who can buy this import?

PETER BRIALEY, on behalf of STI GLOBAL LOGISTICS LTD in SS13.

Hi
I hope I can help you here, we do a lot of work with a company called Sea Farms in the UK who are a leading distributor of fresh seafood. You can google them and call for advice, they may even be interested in your produce.

When it comes to the shipping side of your business. please let me know as STI Global are a leading freight forwarder when it comes to seafood imports from Kenya and all other areas.
