I need list of whole sellers or suppliers in the UK who can give me a proforma invoice.
What other goods apart from the above that are made here that I can export to Nigeria?
Thank you for your question.
I think that your first point of contact should be the Commercial team in the British Deputy High Commission in Lagos. They can help you identify which goods can be exported into Nigeria and assist you in finding wholesellers. Rukayat Lawal covers the retail sector. Her email address is Rukayat.Lawal@fco.gov.uk
Can I also suggest that you take a look at this list of prohibited imports from the Nigeria Customs website – https://www.customs.gov.ng/ProhibitionList/import.php
Hope that you find this useful.

Re: looking at exporting supermarket groceries from UK to Nigeria please note that the Food and Drinks industry in Nigeria is regulated by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (www.nafdac.gov.ng<http://www.nafdac.gov.ng/>). You may also visit https://www.customs.gov.ng/ProhibitionList/import.php and https://www.customs.gov.ng/ProhibitionList/import_2.php which provides a list of products that are prohibited from being imported into the country.
For further enquiry you may wish to contact me on my email address provided above by Jennie.
