Nagorno Karabakh is legally part of Azerbaijan but is claimed by Armenia and in practice it is governed by the local Armenian population. It is isolated from direct contact with Armenia. You should concentrate on getting your goods to Armenia and then finding an Armenian logistics specialist (or in Azerbaijani, smuggler) to move the goods to Nagorno Karabakh. Really, your buyer should understand this part of the deal very well and know what to do.
