We will be exporting display units to Lebanon and need to establish what paperwork will be required ie commercial invoice, certificate of origin and also if there are any delivery restrictions such as delivering to port only?

To add to what HMRC and others have said, two words of caution:

a) ensure the products you export are of UK/EU origin. Some US products may have restrictions on ultimate destination and you would be liable

b) ensure the products do in fact end up in Lebanon and are not forwarded to a restricted country
