Hi J R G

You can send to Ukraine from the UK but they will need to be shipped in a temperature controlled unit.
We can do this for you but you will need to email me following so I can get a price for you.

EMAIL: irobery@stigl.co.uk
Goods will need to be packed for export
I need Total Number of packages, gross weight and dimensions of each package
Full collection address with post code and full delivery address with postcode.
You can also send these by courier like TNT, DHL, Fed Ex if there is only a small amount to go.

the following will help you .
To prevent the spread of pests and diseases, the Food and Environment Research Agency (Fera) is responsible for making sure that the export of flowers, wildlife, plants and seeds meets the requirements of importing countries.

If you’re exporting such items to a country outside the European Union (EU), find your nearest plant health and seed inspector contact details on the Fera website. An inspector will be able to help ensure that you meet the requirements of the country to which you’re exporting.

However, if you’re exporting to countries within the EU, you may require a ‘plant passport’. This depends on the type of items you want to export and the nature of your business.

Find plant health information and advice on the movement of plants on the Fera website.

Find a list of the various import and export forms you can download on the Fera website.

Once you have determined this you can move to the next step for shipping.

Hope this helps

Best Regards

Ian

Hello,
Don't forget that there will be charges at import.
Standard Import duty for this type of item will be 5% of the value of the goods plus freight and insurance.
On top of that there will be 20% VAT.

You need to make it clear whether you or the importer will be liable for these charges.

If your buyer is someone who is a company or individual who will be using your items commercially they have to be registered as importers. To ensure a smooth import you should check that your buyer has the necessary documentation. If the buyer is just an individual who is going to use the dahlias themselves this should not apply.

Don't forget to pack them to protect against heat, cold, water and heavy handed handlers!

Regards,
Susan
